What is the Order ID?
Order ID is 8-11 digits and should be provided to you when your order has been processed. (e.g. CUI######)
For orders placed through our online webstore, the Order ID is the same as your Confirmation ID (e.g. WS######).
Our tracking system is updated daily. Your order information may not be available if it was ordered within the last 36 hour period.
